In a time  when the  world  countries   are  racing  at the field of   oil and  mineral  resources production  to  score   quality  skips in petroleum industries helping them to  cope with  the  developed countries.

At  the  time  when giant  economic  blocks  and  investments are  incorporated.,

The oil  in our  country  has  been  encountering  heavy  challenge  and  considerable  responsibility  against  which  Yemen  should  overcome   regardless  inadequate  potentialities.

Emerging from this, the  Government   has  paid  great attention to  the  oil and  mineral  resources establishing  different  authorities and  institutions   for  this purpose  inclusive  the Yemen Oil Refining Company , which  showed  a recognized competency  from the very beginning  by  taking up  Marib Refinery , operating  it  with  a 100 % highly qualified  Yemeni  cadre  and  reflecting  the  phases of  success   made  in the Ministry of  Oil  and Minerals  and  affiliated units in the field of  investment of  petrochemical  and  refining  industries.

The  schemes, studies and  research  conducted by  YORC  are  hopefully envisaged  for  promising  prospects betting  on introducing   successful  enterprises and  petrochemical  and  refining  industries in which  all  requirements of  fruitful  investment  are  available.

Therefore we  optimistically   overlook  the  forthcoming  period   for  realizing  these  plans  to  capitalize  the  encouraging, feasible  investment opportunities in the field of petrochemical  and  refining  industries.

In our turn, we  avail this  convenient  opportunity to  highlight that the Government   shall spare no   efforts  ,  facilities and support   to all those interested in establishing  these petrochemical  and  refining investment  industries, which  are absolutely   guaranteed.
